Our return policy offers you to return your MISA items within 14 days if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Important Notes:

• No returns on sale items (this doesn't include using a discount code on a full price item).
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns.
• Return requests received after 7 days will not be accepted.
• Customers must cover shipping costs for change of mind returns.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and packaging.
• Worn/damaged returns will be sent back at the customer’s cost.

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

Not Considered Manufacturing Defects:

• Neglect or accidental damage (e.g., bending, knocking, pulling your piece).
• Damage from chemicals (e.g., perfume, chlorine, soap, hand sanitiser, lotions etc).

To prolong your jewellery's life, please follow our care instructions included with your order. Kindly note that not caring for your jewellery correctly can void your warranty.
