We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday 4PM, excluding holidays).

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We are pleased to offer international shipping WORLDWIDE.

ADDRESS CHANGES & TRACKING

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed as we promptly initiate the processing and transfer the order to the carrier. You will receive an email with the Track & Trace code, which allows you to track your package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, Misa Jewellers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

We advise customers to ensure a secure delivery location and to follow the tracking information closely. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
